andibraeu made adjustments for freifunk.net. In addition mojoaxel fixed the "where am I"-button and the layer-controls.

maybe we can make settings like layer controls or state bars configurable?

it should be discussed with our web team whether layers, state and the location button shoud be shown.

I'll provide an option to hide the layer-controls

It is now possible to hide the new controls. See map.html for example. I think we can merge now...
