Add special handling for gl.inet devices during conversion #21

Add automatic symlinking of gl.inet-...svg to gl-inet-...svg during svg conversion. Remove all gl-inet-...svg files and add gl-inet-*svg to gitignore.

This allows easy support for different tools that use either gl.inet or gl-inet naming.
