remove VfN domains #593

VfN NRW e.V. is no longer existent and the servers have been shut down. All communities have been migrated into other networks.

Leverkusen needs to provide a new file if they want to participate in ICVPN again.

@kevin-olbrich What about lindlar? That file also contains delegations to AS65530 which you removed with this PR.
