This updates the patch for the Linksys E4200 from https://github.com/neocturne/gluon/commit/3c88e4c6ec2f8eec3a0e2a19ea1763f104aec025 to be compatible for further backport patches and adds the fix from https://github.com/neocturne/gluon/commit/fc44ba5a570f2973aa03c09e499d8ea217b93e65
