We should do the gitolite installation with freifunkh/ansible#24, so i'll add the blocked tag.

I discussed this in the irc with @Manawyrm. We both have no point speaking against putting the git service to the ns1.fnorden.net machine (hosted at netcup).

So I removed the question label.
