add ssh_known_host fingerprints selectively instead of replacing the whole file

Tested on sn01. Needs manual deletion of old git.ffh.zone fingerprints from ssh_known_hosts.

The manual deletion part without workflow documentation is not okay, I think. We tend to forget things like that and are annoyed of it half a year later.

The manual deletion is only needed once (now) on four or five machines. Faster to actually do it instead of automating it.
