dns_authoritative: fix generated zonefiles

[1977er]

dns_authoritative iterates over every toplevel domain. On the inner loop it iterates over every item. Things get mixed up that way:

• rdns.hannover.freifunk.net. IN AAAA 2001:678:978:ff01::3: rdns is just needed for ffh.zone
• rdns.f.f.0.0.0.9.7.0.2.0.a.2.ip6.arpa. IN AAAA 2001:678:978:ff01::3: mixing prefixes
• rdns.203.12.45.in-addr.arpa. IN AAAA 2001:678:978:ff01::3: mixing address families

in addition to that: nsd has alot received notify response error REFUSED messages in its log.
