Adjustment in site repo for fastd #11

Hi, we've just merged tunneldigger L2TP mesh VPN support in the Gluon master.

To reduce code and configuration duplication, the structure of the fastd mesh VPN configration has changed as well, so site.conf needs to be adjusted. Refer to http://gluon.readthedocs.io/en/latest/user/site.html#configuration for the new format.

The changes in short: the fastd_mesh_vpn section has been renamed to fastd and moved into a new section mesh_vpn, with the exception of the options enabled, mtu and bandwidth_limit, which are set directly in the mesh_vpn section.

I just pushed the change. If my build is finished in a few minutes and does not fail, i'll close this issue.

Build finished successfully. I think testing the image is not needed, so i'll close here.
