avm 7360 broken wifi in vH22

@bschelm a few days ago mentioned, the vH22 had trouble with wireless connection speed.

I tried to reproduce the issue, and failed connecting to the router three times in a row. Quite possible this is a general issue with my client, though

Now that I'm connected, I can not see a difference in performance between vH21 and vH22.

The measured results stay this good even after several tests. Maybe there are other factors, which influence the device, but I have not found them, yet; any ideas @bschelm?

One thing I observed is my device not connecting due to missing uplink provided by the router. There's a timeout after 15 seconds or so. After restarting the routers wifi, it might take a minute or so until I can connect reliably. This is not related to the issue though.

It might be worthwhile to have a look at how ufu devices are configured in detail.

@bschelm confirmed, after updaiting his uplink from 21.15? to vH23 there was no longer an issue with the 7360, whicht was left untouched. Probably a misdiagnosis.
