Merge Docker stuff in #48

Hey, @phroggster, is this Docker stuff functional enough that I should pull it in?

It's been busy lately (I haven't even been on Discord in nearly a week). Will see if I can polish it up over the next few days.

Play around with it, but this should be ready for merging. I even simplified the testing & debugging to allow for alternative commands to be specified to docker run.
