Fix incorrect/duplicate helptag #54

I was getting this error:

E154: Duplicate tag "'g:todo_existing_date'" in file /home/awlayton/.vim/bundle/
todo.txt-vim//doc/todo.txt

I believe this commit is the correct fix.
