The URI for all data sets http://api.freme-project.eu/0.2/e-entity/freme-ner/datasets/ gives you several data sets with the same name

@fsasaki Yes, A bug had crept in while debugging, should be fixed now. The problem is that I'm using the live FREME NER to do some dev too (sometimes causing downtimes except for code deployment downtimes). Not an ideal situation, but this shouldn't happen once everything's moved to the new server.
