P3: integration of FREME NER new features

Features to integrate:

• numLinks parameter - number of links to be provided for each entity.
• integration of datasets directly from SPARQL endpoint. These includes two new parameters: endpoint and sparql

The features are already implemented in FREME NER. Pending their integration in e-Entity.
