P3: Behaviour GET templates on invalid Content-Type #22

When I do a call to http://api-dev.freme-project.eu/current/e-link/templates/ with Content-Type "text/plain" then it produces an "Internal Server Error". This should produce a 400 - Bad Request and a proper error message.
