[tilde services] fix unit tests #42

TildeETerminologyTest.java and TildeETranslationTest.java have compilation errors. Currently they are commented out. The tests need to be fixed.

The tests where fixed by an update of test-helper. I updated the versions to the latest numbers, removed the comments from the test and it works again.
