prefix parameter should be fixed #53

The service should not append # or /.

It should be, for example, $PREFIX+"offset_0_4690" , so the # or / should be in the PREFIX

@sandroacoelho can you maybe try to fix this?

@sandroacoelho there is also smth wrong with the prefix with the dbpedia spotlight

try http://rv1443.1blu.de/current/e-entity/dbpedia-spotlight/documents?language=en&dataset=dbpedia&mode=all&outformat=turtle&informat=text&input=Diego%20Maradona%20is%20from%20Argentina.

there is URI like http://freme-project.eu/#/#offset_0_14
