Setup redirect for documentation #329

The URL of the live installation of the documentation homepage is https://freme-project.github.io

So this installation is obsolete: https://api.freme-project.eu/doc

https://api.freme-project.eu/doc is the old URL. Please setup a redirect from https://api.freme-project.eu/doc to https://freme-project.github.io

It should redirect from subfolders also, e.g. https://api.freme-project.eu/doc/current needs to redirect to https://freme-project.github.io also.
