Add Favorite Pen(s) to the toolbar

What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Currently you have to change thickness and the color by the menu each time. It 
would be nice to add e.g. 3 favorite "pen configurations" to the main tool bar 
for fast switch.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Lenovo Thinkpad Tablet - Android 3.1

Do these 'favorite pens' work with the galaxy note version?  I can't find 
anything like that.  Thanks :)!

I often use different colors, different stroke sizes...
A floating toolbar (like the app Lecture-notes has it) would be nice to have to 
quickly switch between them.
