Cant Zoom, Scrool or Pan while writing #51

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Can't Pan, Scroll, Zoom with the pen tool selected(writing)
2.Can't Modify in settings the part related to issue above
3.Even with very large pinch fingers(more than half screen from each)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Every time I try any gesture it's like I'm writing.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Since Quill v8.2 to v9.5 same issue ( not tested in previous )

Please provide any additional information below.

Usign Galaxy Tab 10.1 P7500, With OS Android HC 3.2
