Install app, click Add Server, then hit No to exit without saving changes #6

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install app
2. Click Add Server
3. Exit without saving any server data (click no)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Going back gracefully to the main screen. App crash message is what I get 
instead.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
v0.9.5r1
Android version 2.3.4

Please provide any additional information below.
