Error in web.config file #16

I have updated the web.config file to include the relevant code, as per your 
instructions (not using nuget).

I get a "Configuration Error" message (see screen capture attached), alerting 
that the assembly could not be found. I have made sure the "SecureSwitch.dll" 
is in my Bin folder (using Version 3.x).

Using IIS6 on server 2003.

Please advice.

I apologize for that. I had the incorrectly named assembly in the 3.x download. 
I've corrected it. Please, download the latest 3.1.3 binary archive and extract 
the new files in it (note, the assembly is named, "SecuritySwitch.dll", in the 
new download; also the .xsd, read me, etc. are updated).
