[Bug]: Frequency Rococo runtime is not available #1992

What happened?

I upgraded a Frequency Rococo node to v1.12.0 and after this I got Error: Input("Frequency Rococo runtime is not available.") I tried downgrading to v1.11.0 but the issue remains.
