I re-assigned this to a new v1.0.0 milestone, as a way to signal that we shouldn't remove it ASAP. We need to make sure the deprecated files are not used anymore before removing them. Mainly the SDK is still using them, I guess once the SDK doesn't use them and we don't have any old microgrid service v0.15 deployed, then we can safely remove them, which should happen by the time we release 1.0.0, I hope.
