Update to latest API changes #67

Update dependency to use latest API version
Adjust to renamed requests
Adjust type abstractions to new API definitions
Explicitly pass and handle microgrid_id to for requests
Remove Test Service shuffle after create flag
Use new API feature to return new/changed dispatch
Raise error when trying to update invalid fields
