What's needed?

Currently, the base client (https://github.com/frequenz-floss/frequenz-client-base-python/) is not used in the reporting client.

Proposed solution

Integrate base client "The new (unreleased) version of https://github.com/frequenz-floss/frequenz-client-base-python/ should help with this." - (commented in PR #75)
