Enable CI for Mac OS #1

MacOS runners seem to be 2x slower than Ubuntu runners. I'm not sure this is worth it.

Maybe we can add it only for tags?

For now I'm unassigning to v0.11.0, as it is not really needed for this release.

We want to bring this issue back to life now that we can merge queues, we can test in Mac only for the merge_group event, so reviewing and iterating over PRs is still fast.
