Wish: Run Scheme sandbox from Frescobaldi #1551

Every tutorial on using Scheme in LilyPond starts with explaining that you can run lilypond scheme-sandbox in order to open a Guile REPL ([1], [2], [3]).

Sadly, this is often a source of problems for users since they don't necessarily know

how to use a shell,
how to launch LilyPond from the shell, which depends on the way you installed it.

It would be great to have a “LilyPond > Scheme sandbox” menu in Frescobaldi, from which you could open the sandbox.

Sounds like an interesting idea, and not too complicated to implement.
