Add support for single language localization #10

The script fails when you have only a single Localizable.string inside the project, so I thought a configurable field would help those out who are suffering the same as me. 🤔 Probably it could be documented better, but what do you think?

@ezisazis I never tested the script with a single file to be honest and this looks a like a great addition. Thanks a ton for helping ! Very glad to hear that! Open source is a nice way to get some time off from regular company work and working with smart minds from around the globe has been such a enriching experience for me :) Welcome on board 👍
