Incorrect launch procedures in DG #17

On macOS, it yields the error that the file cannot be opened because it is from an unidentified developer. Even if this error was not there, this is still inconsistent with the quick start procedure in the UG. As such, the inability to double click and inconsistency with UG warrants at least a low severity as it is not a cosmetic issue.
