App crashing #1

@JanRSmit Reports in https://github.com/HvB/UsbGps4Droid/issues/10 that the app crashes when starting the GPS.

Please download the latest version (I updated it 2 days ago). I have tested this on multiple devices with no such issue.

If you can, please retrieve a log from the device after the app shows the crash screen.

This may have been fixed in 860821f49f96d6a9c24b2d71eff12a688e8ab487
