More Android improvements when canceling an alert.

There's been a couple of improvements to the way the alerts are cancelled:

1. The user can cancel the Alert by pressing the Android OS back button but not by tapping around the screen.
2. When the alert is canceled, it dispatches the same event as the neutral button.
