Hi there, i've updated the Chartboost ANE to work with other ANEs, changes include,

Name spacing the ContextInitializer/ContextFinalizer with "AirChartboost" to resolve conflicts with other ANEs
Updated the build.xml to include the SWC in the output
Added binaries to bin directory
