Twitter and Pinterest functionality? #131

Sorry if I'm overlooking something in the specs, but would this ever be possible / is it possible now?

It would be possible for sure, but I imagine it would be done through another ANE. For instance, here's one that does twitter: https://code.google.com/p/nativetwitter-ane/

Hmm. I guess I've been looking for a cross-platform haxe library that publishes to twitter, facebook and pinterest and works in at least iOS/Android. I'm used to magically turning haxe code into c,c++, javascript or actionscript with the push of a few buttons. These ANEs seem like something completely different from that? Bodies of non-haxe code that somehow tie into haxe? Anyhow, I'm probably a little off topic here, but if there's a tutorial that explains what this ANE is or what ANEs are in general from the ground up, that would help me a lot.
