Problem with app icon on android 2.3.5 #1

The MobiHelp icon replaces the users app icon on android 2.3.5 after the sdk is referenced. However this does not happen on android 4.0 and up. Workaround involved removing the ic_launcher icon from MobiHelp SDK.

This has been fixed with the version 1.0.1 available along with samples on this repo .
