Crash #20

Hi

We're seeing the following crash occuring quite frequently (It's our top bug)

@bensebborn Can you please switch to HotlineSDK. You can access the SDK here. We are actively developing features for Hotline and Hotline will soon replace Mobihelp.

Thanks, how does this work if we're already paying for a Freshdesk subscription?
