Coaches, Lone Druid and Such: People that pollute the hero table #1

Coaches and heroes with hero type versions of themselves pollute the hero/bot tables with their shenanigans. Adjust the initial table routine to ignore these.

Should be fixed in 0.1.3.0, adjusted data table initialization to ignore fake heroes.
