Please add `how to install/use` to README #4

This is a cool script. I enjoyed it. But it was hard in the beginning for me to know how to install/enable this script until someone told me.

Steps are:

  1. download the script and extract the files under vscript to the vscript folder of your dota2 directory.
  2. launch dota2 with console enabled.
  3. create a lobby. choose whatever the third party AI script you want. Make sure to enable cheating
  4. open console, input: sv_cheats=1; script_reload_code "fretbots.lua"
  5. enjoy
