I don't know anything about programming or Python any one have a tutorial video i want to install some of raw episodes

when i type pip3 install --user -r requirements.txt show me this error ERROR: Could not open requirements file: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: 'requirements.txt' where i put the WWE-Network-Downloader folder to make this work
