Minimal functionality (1)

[x] User can upload a file to shiny
[x] files can be processed by moderated ttest
[x] files can be mapped from accession_number to gene.
[x] file data can be processed with user inputs
[x] processed filed data can be plotted in a volcano plot [we need to discuss whether we should rely on plotly for this and future plotting - discuss]
[x] bait can now be seen in plot
[x] scatter plot now working and dynamic.
[x] scatter plot is searchable
[x] color bars for single volcano plot.
[x] multiple genelist can be overlayed

[x] check if we can somehow nominate/decide on bait within app. Make two search boxes 1) one for entering bait and 2) one for searching proteins.
[x] toggle genelists on/off, i.e. for dealing genes in multiple genelist
