Statistics for user usage of app #299

We should have statistics about how many exchanges users ask for, how many of them are successful, how often user logs in, how many courses user added or changed, etc.

V1 - Very important for deployment. We should know every possible information about our app usage to analyze data, what is good and what is wrong.
