Add PV but not Remove. #21

In playing with the add pv button, I noticed that I'd fat fingered some letter, and am unable to remove said channel from the beamline set (maybe closing and re-opening is enough). But I can imagine a number of situations where that could be become a bit tedious. Could we get a remove PV?

I added a Remove PV option to the context menu (available via right click).
