feat: scoring update, simulate perfect sphere, fix cruising lc sim, min rolls filter #398

Description

Permute main stats on sphere for max sim
Disable Cruising in the stellar sea CR buff by default
Cut out some wasted sim runs
New optimizer substat weight min rolls filter
