feat: more character icons #409

Description

Adds character icons to the switch relic, add character, edit character fields in the character tab
Adds character icons to the character selection field in the relics tab
Adds character icons to the drop downs of the priority and exclude fields in the optimiser tab

I noticed a few more places that could use icons and went ahead and added those. Thanks for the help on this! Starting to move some stuff to displayUtils.tsx
