[Bug] Re-score and display relic's updated score after editing relic on relics tab #462

Motivation

When editing/upgrading a +0 relic on the Relics tab, the relic's potential numbers dont get updated. This means the user has to press reapply scores to get their update

Goal

Make sure the relic is scored after editing, and refresh the relic's row on the grid so that the updated score is shown
