Snap node handles in graph editor #217

Hi!

I would like to suggest an improvement where we could have snapping to horizontal/vertical axis and 15 degree increments when holding Ctrl while adjusting the node handles in the graph editor.

Currently this is hardcoded, but in a future release this might be improved.
