Color Toolbar #251

New feature: a color toolbar that displays the current fill, stroke, and background colors. Clicking or hovering over these colors opens a color dialog for easy adjustments.

Currently, changing the background of a scene involves too many steps. I also find the 'fill and stroke' widget to be overly bulky.

This color toolbar would provide a convenient alternative for quickly modifying colors without sacrificing functionality. It's already implemented in the main branch and requires only minor adjustments before "done".
