What's in the mock

The mock is essentially a prototype for the main dashboard view (called here the Main SPA, also see #4).

The mock is populated with fake data from a datastore (backend.yaml), which is a stub for "aggregate data" in the above linked technical design diagram.

Currently implemented as an angular app, and served from the gh-pages branch of this repo. I've got no particular preference for Angular, it is just nice for mocking UI.
