Add `contributors` to the Data Resource spec? #866

Overview

Although a data resource can have licenses and sources similar to a data package, it doesn't have the contributors property. Semantically it's not really clear why only 2 of 3 are supported.

Makes sense to add it, but just like sources and licenses, I think many converters (e.g. Zenodo upload, etc.) would ignore only it and look at the package sources, licenses, contributors instead.
