Consider adding funding information #923

Overview

Sometimes, it might be useful if a Data Package provides funding information. One of them is when a Data Package is used as a unified Data API and needs to map other metadata system information (e.g. DataCite/Zenodo/etc).

There is already well-defined funding dictionaries to reuse e.g. https://datacite-metadata-schema.readthedocs.io/en/4.5/properties/fundingreference/

Rather than mentioning funding specifically, I would add a section where we recommend adopting DataCite (or Dublin Core) properties if one want to extend Data Package with more properties.

For example, in Camtrap DP, we adopted DataCite's relatedIdentifiers as is: https://camtrap-dp.tdwg.org/metadata/#relatedIdentifiers
