Consider adding spatial information #924

Overview

It is a very common practice when data packages or data resources are associated with some spatial information (i.e. "locations"). There are already well-defined specifications to build on top of it e.g. https://datacite-metadata-schema.readthedocs.io/en/4.5/properties/geolocation/

In Camtrap DP we use spatial borrowed from Dublin Core. It is simple and leaves a lot of flexibility.

We also borrow temporal from Dublin Core (see also #926).
